After years of depression, self-blame, and feeling trapped in victim mentality, I made a life-changing decision: I didn’t come here to suffer.

The work I offer now is rooted in what actually helped me heal — gentle daily habits, emotional awareness, nervous-system safety, and spiritual alignment.
